To Start the Master:
master -c z:\drqueue\etc\master.conf 
To Start a Slave:
slave -c z:\drqueue\etc\slave.conf 

A couple of useful flags would be "-l3 -o" that will enable debugging messages on screen. You'll be able to see then more detailed information about your setup.In command line check that the path to the scriptfile is ok, then type in before the path "tcsh -b ". You should have something like :
tcsh -b Z:/path/to/scriptfile.
